Jana Feltz, Group Health Cooperative Southcentral Wisconsin
Jana Feltz is a highly experienced and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with over 20 years of service in the medical field. Jana’s career began after she earned her Diploma in Medical Assisting from Madison Area Technical College in 1988. She has since held significant roles at various healthcare institutions.
Her dedication to patient care was further demonstrated during her tenure with the Madison Metropolitan School District, where she supported school nurses, provided direct care to students, and facilitated health education programs.
Jana’s currently working at Group Health Cooperative South Central Wisconsin as the Lead Vaccine Coordinator where she helps bring best practices and improve immunization rates for all.
Jana is a member of the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). Her passion for public health and preventive care aligns seamlessly with the mission of the Dane County Immunization Coalition.
Jana’s experience, coupled with her dedication to improving healthcare outcomes, makes her passionate about the work the Coalition does. Her goal to being on the board is to help advance Coalition’s efforts to increase immunization rates among children and adults in Dane County, ensuring a healthier community for all.
