Dawn Sebranek, Community Member
Dawn Sebranek is a retired Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She started her career in a pediatric primary care clinic performing well-child exams, treating minor illnesses and injuries, immunizing children, and educating parents on vaccines and vaccine preventable diseases.
She recently retired from the Madison Metropolitan School District where she worked for 16 years as a school nurse, the last 6 years as a lead nurse where one of her duties was to oversee MMSD’s Immunization Program in accordance with the Wisconsin Student Immunization Law.
Dawn is a 1987 graduate of Marquette University School of Nursing. She received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from UW-Madison in 1991. She has been a DCIC board member since 2019.
