With over two decades of leadership in ambulatory care and clinical nursing, Bobbie is a passionate advocate for public health, immunization equity, and patient-centered care. Her career spans diverse settings—from pediatrics and family medicine to population health initiatives—each marked by exceptional communication, strategic innovation, and a relentless pursuit of quality outcomes.

Currently serving in nursing leadership at SSM Health Dean Medical Group, she plays a vital role in advancing immunization practices across the organization, contributing to cross-functional clinical improvements and operational strategies. Her commitment to immunization excellence is further reflected in her longstanding role as Board Member and Treasurer of the Dane County Immunization Coalition, where she has helped drive collaborative efforts to improve vaccination access, education, and policy in Madison and surrounding communities since 2010.  Her influence in the immunization space reflects a deep belief in preventive care as a cornerstone of lifelong health.
