If you or your organization would like to donate to DCIC, please fill out the fields below. Your donations are used to support our efforts to increase immunization rates in Dane County! Examples of how funds are used include buying shoes for children at back to school immunization events, magnets for new parents showing the immunizations their child needs in the first years of life, bringing in experts to speak on vaccine-related topics, and offering continuing education to vaccine providers.
